Our Share Offer is now CLOSED

Thanks to everyone for all your purchases and contributions. Together we’ve made it! - Surpassing our optimum goal, means we have enough funds to purchase The Radnor Arms and renovate the 2 bars.

We’ll update you with a final total when we’ve had some sleep!

So, that’s 143,165 + 29,900 (AHF grant)

= 173,065
+ 173,065 (COF capital grant) + 40,000 (COF revenue grant)
Total to date: £386,130

Further ways to contribute are being considered. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you think you can help!

Many, many thanks
The RAHL-CBS Committee

P.S. We’re aware that some Investment forms are still winging their way to us. Don’t worry your contributions will still be accepted!

Welcome to the story of The Radnor Arms

The village of New Radnor has been without a pub since 2016. That is about to change with your help. We are currently fundraising as the Radnor Arms Hotel Limited Community Benefit Society (CBS) towards raising our target of £180,000 to cover the cost of the purchase of the Radnor Arms from the interim owner and to open the 2 bars by the Summer. Any money raised will be match funded from the Community Ownership Fund.

The original pledge donations raised £114,500 but we recognise the cost of living crisis and increased costs of in electricity and mortgages, along with personal circumstances changing,  does not mean all of those pledges may  be realised.

This is the opportunity for the whole village and our local and wider community as individuals, groups or businesses to buy as many shares as they can to save the pub.
